We are a hard working, creative and professional team and we are always searching through our menu to find things that we can do better and tastier for our customers. We have spent many years forming the team that we have within our Kitchen & Bar and we want the right people to come and share this exciting journey with us. We believe firmly that our staff should be invested in and given the chance to develop and grow as both people and professionals. This is why we want to find the right person for us, and make sure that we are the right people for you. We also have the best damn frozen margaritas in town. This is also extremely important!

Cartel’s Latin American Kitchen & Bar is a part of Sibus. In 2020, Sinco AS partnered with Herkules Capital and several key investors to create Sibus AS as the driving force for our hospitality brands moving forwards. As of 2021, Sibus AS continues to operate the Sumo Restaurant chain on a national level, and has plans to take Cartel’s Latin American Kitchen & Bar on the same journey.

Sibus' purpose is to create and nurture successful hospitality businesses for our colleagues to prosper in. We spend every day striving to develop workplaces that allow our Sibus family to come to work with “light feet” and a feeling of real personal purpose in what they do.

Our purpose is to continue to grow so that we can keep on hiring more and more people from anywhere in the world and give them the opportunity to achieve their own goals, grow and develop while working in a safe, down-to-earth, playful and caring environment.

As a result we are growing our community in a way that has a positive impact, not only in our work life, but life as a whole. The goal of the purpose is that our community is one where everyone is fulfilled by their work and brings that energy into their lives and families.

As of now we have 280 employees from 29 different countries, and we are far from done!
